Drink | Buck Buck Mule


Makes 1 cocktail

1 oz. dry gin

1 oz. fino sherry

¾ oz. cucumber juice (or 4 to 5 cucumber slices, muddled)

⅓ oz. lime juice

⅓ oz. simple syrup (1:1)

4 oz. ginger beer, to top

Cucumber peel, to garnish

Combine all the ingredients except the ginger beer in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds. Strain (if using muddled cucumber, double strain) into a highball glass over fresh ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a twist of cucumber peel.
