Summer Sweet Watermelon Vodka Cocktail
Lime wedge
4-5 cubes seeded watermelon
¼ ounce simple syrup
Club soda to top off
Watermelon wedge for garnish
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, muddle lime wedge and watermelon.
Add ice, vodka, simple syrup.
Shake to chill.
Strain into highball glass over crushed ice.
Top off with club soda.
Garnish with a watermelon wedge
