Instructions

1. Combine 2 dashes of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons pineapple syrup and 3/4 ounce each sherry wine and rye or bourbon whiskey in a shaker with ice
2. Shake until cold
3. Strain into a glass filled with ice
4. Garnish with a lemon slice.
