Green Chile Cocktail

green chile cocktail

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz St. George Green Chile Vodka
  • 1 oz pineapple gum syrup (I like Small Hand Foods)
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 3 cilantro leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the mint and cilantro into the bottom of a mixing glass, top with the pineapple gum syrup, and gently muddle.
  2. Add the lime juice and vodka.
  3. Fill the mixing glass with ice, top with a shaking tin and shake vigorously for a full 10 seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and serve (double strain if you want to remove any tiny bits of herbs).
