Image of Bittersweet Symphony (Gin and Aperol Cocktail)

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ ounces London dry gin
3⁄4 ounce Punt e Mes
3⁄4 ounce Aperol
Garnish: 1 generous lemon twist


PREPARATION
Stir all the ingredients with cracked ice in a mixing glass, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.
