Starting as an art technique during the Han Dynasty (202 AD - 220 BC) in China, paper mâché today is used to create highly detailed and impressive art pieces. The Rabat Paper Mâché Bowl, however, is designed with one of the art form's original intents - creating decorative home objects. This small Rabat Paper Mâché Bowl has an antiquated look with its three hand-shaped legs and highly textured surface.
